How it warms my heart to see spring just around the corner. Two days ago, I noticed blossoms on our apricot tree and yesterday there were busy little bees out buzzing around the blossoms. A very good sign, considering that bees are something that we seem to be in short supply of.
Other good news; Peter seems to be picking up on his work a little and the economy may be on the upswing. I am still going to go out and at least try and get some temporary work to kind of see us through. It would be nice to have a little extra money, since Peter has a professional witness job in Omaho, NB coming up in May that I would like to go along with him, so we will need two plane tickets. We will need to get the money put away for that. (His expenses will be reimbursed eventually, thank goodness!)
The kids have done well in school this year and I can't believe summer will be here soon as well.
My girls and their little families are doing well, Lisa in a cute new home and Jenn a nice new storm door. :) Those kind of things for us women are rain like during a drought!
My sister is recovering well. Back to her spunky self(skipped all the Rx's the doctors prescribed) and is back on her herbs and seems to be doing great also. Very good, after the scare she gave us!
So, all in all, things are looking up. Thank the Lord!

It has been spring here for a couple of weeks. We are loving the weather that we have and enjoy it to its fullest. Before long we will be melting here.
we had blossoms and then it SNOWED on them. a week later we were back to the 8o's. Welcome spring!
